Violation of parking rules

The Administrative Court of the RA/judge H. Ayvazyan/ on the administrative case No VD/4256/05/15 declared the act of the Road Traffic Police invalid.

In the following case, the person was held administratively liable for violating the rules of stopping or parking. Referring to the legal norms applicable in this case, the court came to the conclusion that the administrative act should clearly state the factual circumstances for which the person was held administratively liable, in other words, the disputed decision should have contained a reference to the RA’s Government Decision No 955-N dated of June 28, 2007. Due to the absence of such reference, the act of the Road Traffic Police was declared invalid.
