Failure to Fulfill Financial Obligation for Supplied Goods

The Plaintiff approached the Court, stating that he had supplied goods to the Defendant, and the issued invoices had been confirmed by the Defendant's company. However, no payments had been made by the Defendant for the supplied goods.
Upon reviewing the case in accordance with the procedural rules and examining the facts of the case and the presented evidence, the Court concluded that the Plaintiff’s arguments were justified and considered the lawsuit valid and subject to approval.

Note: The decision of the General Jurisdiction Court of Yerevan City in Civil Case No. ED/0983/02/21, dated February 21, 2021, has not been appealed and has entered into legal force.
