The court satisfied our claim to levy the borrowed money from the defendant

In the civil case KD1/0010/02/16, Hayk Sahakyan, the representative of the claimant, filed a lawsuit against the respondent, claiming to levy 1.600.000 AMD, the money being subject of the loan agreement as concluded between the parties.

The court applied articles 345, 347, article 880 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code and  rightly concluded that the respondent did not fulfill its obligations  provided by the loan agreement . Consequently, the court ruled that an amount of 1.600.000 AMD has to be levied for the benefit of the claimant and interests as envisaged by Article 411 of Civil Code has to be calculated and paid until the full performance of the contract.
